General terms & conditions of the online shop



    1. Scope

    The following terms and conditions apply to all orders made via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

    A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor attributable to their independent professional activity. A contractor is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that acts in its commercial or independent professional capacity when entering into a legal transaction.

    2. Contractual partners, contract conclusion, scope for corrections

    The purchase contract is concluded with Brand Distribution GmbH.

    By placing the products in the online shop, we are submitting a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you click on the order button to accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.

    3. Contractual language, record of contractual text

    We save the contractual text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contractual text is no longer accessible online.

    4. Delivery conditions

    Additional shipping costs may apply to the product prices displayed. Please refer to quotations for more detailed provisions on shipping costs which may be incurred.

    We only deliver by post. Unfortunately, collection of the goods is not possible.

    We do not deliver to packing stations.

    5. Payment

    The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

    PayPal Plus

    In cooperation with the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, 2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), we offer the following payment options as PayPal services. Unless otherwise stipulated below, payment via PayPal Plus does not require registration with PayPal. You will receive further information during the respective payment option and during the order process.

    • PayPal

      To be able to pay the invoice amount using the PayPal payment option, you must register with PayPal, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order.

    • Credit card via PayPal
      Your card will be charged by PayPal after dispatch of the goods.

    • Direct debit via PayPal

      Payment by direct debit via PayPal requires an address and credit check and payment is made directly to PayPal. By confirming the payment instruction, you grant PayPal a direct debit mandate. You will be informed of the date that the account will be debited by PayPal (pre-notification). The account will be debited after dispatch of the goods.

    • Purchase on account via PayPal

      Purchase on account via PayPal requires an address and credit check and payment is made directly to PayPal.

    6. Transport damage

    If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such damage to the supplier as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to lodge a complaint or to contact us will not affect your legal claims or the enforcement of those claims, particularly with regard to warranty claims. However, it helps us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

    7. Warranties and guarantees

    The statutory right to liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their precise conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
