Terms of Warranty


Hama GmbH & Co KG grants you an extended manufacturer’s warranty on certain products that covers the freedom from defects, usability, workmanship and durability of the materials used for the period of warranty.

At ours discretion, valid warranty claims in this period will be resolved at no cost either by repair or replacement.

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase of this product and is valid throughout the EU.

The warranty you are entitled to is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.

The warranty only applies in case of non-commercial use of our products.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, exposure to chemicals, force majeure, or modifications or repairs performed by yourself or third parties.

Furthermore, this warranty does not cover accessories that are not included with the product as standard (promotional parts).
